Card CRAZY! at Sassy!

We revealed the 2nd sketch for our Card CRAZY month at Sassy Lil' Sketches!! Make sure you stop by and check it out! If you use the sketch, you could win a mini kit from Cupcards{togo}!!! Their kits rock! Definitely worth making a card or two for!

Here's my take on the sketch:
This is from the "Love is" cartoons.....Remember those? I used to collect them when I was a kid so I created this card for Jimbo and the inside has little "Love is" quotes.....He laughed at me but I think he liked it! lol

First day of college.....

Today is my oldest son's first day of college!! YAY!

I'm such a scrapbooker that I made the poor guy suffer through having his "first day of school" photos taken this morning! If I remember, I'll share his pics later.

Since we have lots of colleges here, he's able to live at home this year and attend one of the community colleges. He's in the Transfer of Science Program plus an Associate of Arts in German. After the community college, he hopes to transfer to UNL to continue his science degree.
